Nursing Dementia Care

We have five Homes situated across Kent and Surrey that are able to provide specialist Nursing Dementia Care on a permanent, Day Care or Respite basis. Each of these Homes has a registered Nurse on duty 24-hours per day.

All staff in these Homes have received additional training in Dementia Care that enables them to provide person-centred support and have a unique empathy with their residents.

Our care is delivered in a homely but Dementia-orientated environment, which includes secure gardens and additional recreational activities designed around the needs of people with Dementia. Our dedicated team of staff meet our residents’ specific needs in a truly person-centred way, enabling and promoting the individual’s quality of life, whatever their stage of Dementia.

Recreation and Well-Being

The Care Team are supported by our Recreation & Well-Being Champions who ensure that each resident has the opportunity and encouragement to participate in activities that are tailored to their personal life experiences and past hobbies.
