Caring with compassion since 1988

We are very proud of the care services and support we provide to our residents and their families across our 13 Care Homes in Kent, Surrey and Essex. We really value feedback from those who have experienced our Homes first-hand as this helps us to continually develop and improve.

Abbotsleigh Care Home, Staplehurst

Great care and kindness. Good advice and recommendations. My father has improved since being here.

Bromley Park Care Home, Bromley

My wife has been at Bromley Park for four months. The staff have helped her settled in very quickly. I visit three times a week. To me, the most striking thing is the care and compassion shown by all the staff to all residents. I feel lucky that she is in Bromley Park.

Hengist Field Care Home, Sittingbourne

My mother-in-law has come on leaps and bounds since being in Hengist Field Care Home. She is eating better, having her hair done and her feet. She is so well looked after and cared for, the staff are so caring and friendly – so happy she has been accepted into this lovely care home.

Loose Valley Care Home, Maidstone

As a family, we have been amazed at the improvement in my auntie's quality of life, as well as mental and physical wellbeing since becoming a resident at Loose Valley in the last three months. The Manager and her whole team have been absolutely brilliant and to see the change in my auntie, since transferring from another home, has been nothing short of amazing. My auntie was permanently bedridden before, isolated in a small room with not much more than a television for company. Now, she is dressed every day and taken into the lounge area or conservatory (albeit in a very sophisticated wheelchair) to enjoy activities, entertainment, and the company of other residents and the team at Loose Valley. She is undoubtedly happy, comfortable and well cared for with respect and dignity. We think Loose Valley is an exceptional care home setting and feel fortunate that our auntie is a resident there now. They should be used as an example to others. With heartfelt thanks to all the team.

Lulworth House Residential Care Home, Maidstone

My dad stayed at Lulworth House Residential Care Centre recently. He had the highest possible standards of care and empathy shown to him. He sadly passed away a few days ago at the hospital. Thank you very much to you all for all that you did for him.

Meyer House Care Home, Dartford

Every time I come to the Home, I am made to feel very welcome by all. I always comment on the displays and the work the entertainment crew do, they never leave anyone out and they do an amazing job keeping spirits high. If I or my parents need to go into a Care Home, I would choose Meyer House above any other. I work in a pharmacy and when people come in whose loved ones need care, I recommend Meyer House. Can't praise the team enough.

Princess Christian Care Home, Surrey

When we left my husband in the capable and caring hands of Princess Christian Care Home, it was such a relief to know he was being well looked after in all aspects of his care by cheerful and willing staff.

Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home, Essex

My mum has been a resident at Silverpoint Court for some time now and is very happy here indeed. All of the staff are lovely, friendly and approachable. She has made new friends among the residents, and the activity package keeps her entertained and busy every day. For someone who was very sociable before entering the care home, the variety of activities, and the fact that there is something every day, is perfect for my mum. Residents and relatives are encouraged to provide feedback at the relative meetings, including suggesting menu items for lunches and dinners. The environment is lovely, the food is lovely and the staff are lovely. There is nothing better than hearing your relative say, "I like it here".

Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home, Dartford

Very kind, caring staff. Supportive, using lunchboxes to help her eat. Able to visit or phone any time. Good food and plenty if needed. Activities each day – shown on the board.

St Winifreds Care Home, Deal

Dad's been in the care of St Winifreds for a year and a half now and we are more than happy with his care. Dad can be difficult at times, but the staff have a good coping strategy to deal with him. He is always kept clean (personal care/clothes). I am always kept informed of any problems or illnesses. Staff and management are always happy to discuss any problems. I would recommend St Winifreds to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

The Old Downs Residential Care Home, Dartford

Mother spent two weeks in respite care. The initial assessment was thorough and the first visit to the Home was thorough and informative. My mum was welcomed into the Home and the activities were varied and plentiful. She thoroughly enjoyed Valentine's Day celebrations and her 82nd birthday – where a delicious cake was made. All the staff were amazing and in just two weeks I feel like I've made friends with the staff. They all worked so hard and I am very grateful for their empathy, guidance and caring.

Woodstock Residential Care Home, Sittingbourne

My mother-in-law is always happy and content when I go to visit her, often surrounded by other residents with a trusty cup of tea in hand. Over the years I have known her to be quite nervous and anxious, since living at Woodstock she is no longer that way at all and that's down to the carers supporting and helping her.
