My stepdad stayed here for my mum's respite. I could not be more happy with the care given. He settled brilliantly due to the friendliness and positive attitude of all of the staff. Thank you very much.

My father came to Bromley Park after a stay in hospital. We had been looking at homes before this and had chosen 3 we would be happy to try for respite. Unfortunately, after his stay in hospital, Dad needed 24-hour care and we chose Bromley Park. Right from the initial visit, we could see the carers did not just do their job; they go out of their way to look after the residents, keeping them safe and well cared for. Nothing is ever too much trouble; you only have to ask. All employees know the residents from the maintenance man, kitchen staff and office personnel all the way through to management. We have had lunch with him on several occasions and the food is cooked well and is tasty. Dad's key worker is absolutely amazing, taking the time to really know him. We could not be happier with the care our dad is receiving, especially having been so worried about him needing to go into a nursing home. We cannot praise and thank all of these wonderful people enough for the CARE they give.

Nobody in the family has needed 24-hour care before, so we were all new to this and didn't really know what to expect. I have been so pleased with the excellent care my mum has received. Every one of the staff has been so kind and good to mum, and to the whole family - from the manager to the laundry staff. I am so very grateful to you all.

After viewing a number of care homes in the area it was immediately apparent that Loose Valley Care Centre was the one that I wanted my mother to go to. It is set out as a large country house with beautiful grounds and does not have the feeling of an institution. After securing a place for my mother the staff made every effort to make sure that there was a smooth transfer from the hospital and that she was comfortably settled in. She has been there for a couple of years and the nursing care is excellent. They are very responsive to her particular care needs and she settled in very well. I would not hesitate to recommend Loose Valley to anyone looking for a safe and secure environment for a loved one to live.

I find the home organised. The staff are so caring and compassionate. My mum has been at Lukestone for seven months and I can see she is happy there.

My Mother-in-law has been at Lulworth House since June 2018, much to the family's relief.... she appears physically healthier, is eating better and enjoying company and activities (especially music, singing, dancing and playing silly games!). The staff are caring and very approachable for families too, we feel we can voice any concerns to duty staff. Some changes to the decor of the home are gradually being made, to 'brighten up' Lulworth House. My husband and I are feeling the benefit of the support group meetings every 6 weeks.

My Family and I thank you so much for all of your care staff give my sister from the 16/01/19 – 17/02/19. My sister is with my mum, dad and my other sister in the land of no pain and free from the big C - CANCER.

I am happy. My wife was looked after very well. Everyone was caring and provided excellent care to her.

Now the lift is working, all I can say is what a difference in all aspects of Silverpoint. My dad is happy again as he can now access all areas of the home, moving around as he pleases independently. The team of amazing carers, as always, go above and beyond their duties making sure my dad's needs are always met. I look forward to seeing the home getting back to the homely place it once was décor wise.

Mum has been at Sonya Lodge just over 2 years, is truly happy and very much regards it as being her home, which confirms our decision that Sonya Lodge was the right choice. Exceptional care is taken over Mum's dietary requirements and the truly professional care given by the staff as she can be very irritable at times. I would like to give a very big thank you to ALL staff who work extremely hard to make it such a happy home, it is extremely hard work to keep such high standards.THANK YOU.

My dad's been in this home for one month and we feel he has been very well cared for. He seems much more relaxed after leaving hospital and says how good the staff are. We find the staff are friendly, polite and caring.

My father has been in The Old Downs for nearly 8 months now, and our whole family are extremely satisfied with the care he receives. He is very content in himself and all his medical and personal needs are met with a high level of care and dignity. The manager and staff are superb and extend their care to my mother and all of us. They went the extra mile on my parents' 64th wedding anniversary, laying on a special lunch for them both. It meant the world to my mum to have something special on their day.

My mum went into Woodstock Residential Care Centre as an emergency and from the very first contact with the home they have been reassuring and caring to my mum, dad and myself. Staff are welcoming and friendly, giving the home a positive vibe. The residents are treated with respect. The rooms are all clean and tidy. When you go to Woodstock you become part of the family. Lovely, lovely home.
