Bromley Park have been amazing with my mother from the start. The staff have a genuine compassion and respect for her well being and comfort. They have an informed understanding of my mother’s current state of health and needs and communicate to us any changes when they occur. Any time we visit, mum looks smart and well cared for so we know her personal needs are being attended to very well, even down to the choice of clothes which have been chosen on her behalf, as she is no longer able to make those decisions. The meals are plentiful and just as my mum would have made for herself and the home is always clean, light. airy and warm. This is nothing more than you would expect from a care home but it’s the every day things that make Bromley Park a special home from home: the smiles from all the staff and their engagement with the residents, the knowledge of their personal likes and dislikes, the constant respect afforded the residents and family. We couldn’t be more pleased.
