My dad has been here since March 2022 after the sad death of my mum from Alzheimer’s in February 2022. Quick and complicated, my dad was sent there from Southend Hospital; he has Dementia and is 87. It was quite a traumatic time and I only wish we had found Silverpoint Court sooner for my mum. We have had our ups and downs, but I have to say this Home is a really nice Home. My dad moved to Canvey 80 years ago with his parents, lived through the ‘floods’, and lived overlooking the Creek and Hadleigh Downs all his life. We have now secured him a bedroom with this very view and yachts too! Thank you! We have had many visits, the staff have always been really good, open and friendly. We had a visit on 5 August with my daughter from Australia too and all the great-grandchildren. Many thanks to one lady; she was fantastic and my dad was so happy. Appreciate everything the staff did for us. I can only speak from our own experiences, but I think Silverpoint Court is a lovely Home.
