We’ve spent time mentoring our college student at Lulworth House Residential Care Home, to ensure our residents benefit from a fresh, comforting and supportive approach to their care.
It was clear to see the relaxation of one of our lovely lady residents as we created a complete manicure and massage session for her. She really enjoyed the pampering, talking calmly and engaging fully.
All of our one-to-one sessions include access to our residents’ life history records, so that we can fully engage with each individual and make the time we spend with them truly person-centred.
