Having continued weekly to visit a resident who befriended my wife when she was resident, I observe the care and activities that the residents receive. In general, the carers and other staff treat residents with care and respect their privacy. Attention is paid to engaging the residents in activities appropriate to their various conditions. As with all providers of this service, occasionally agency staff are hired. A good standard of housekeeping is maintained with regular staff and in-house laundry.
