All management and staff are professional and welcoming to relatives whilst ensuring their resident’s welfare and wellbeing is a priority. Medication is given as required and any health issues dealt with promptly, notifying family and arranging Doctors visits to diagnose conditions, prescriptions or arrange emergency services. Entertainment is varied with occasional outings some tailored to individual needs, which are well received. I would like to thank all staff and management for the personal care given to my mum which is much appreciated.
