After 21 months of joining the Lulworth family, we now don’t know how we would manage without them! All staff at all levels are angels, they are caring and supportive to us, the families, as well as our loved ones (we have witnessed how difficult their jobs can be 1st hand). Plus, Lulworth’s new re-vamp is great improvement all round – keep it up. Residents’ family support meetings and interactive me are so important to us too. Like all care homes, still too expensive though!
