The home is extremely welcoming, the building itself is very homely and certainly not like an institution. All the staff are very attentive and caring, they also encourage residents to focus on what they can do rather than what they cannot. They treat residents as individuals whether they are there for the long or short term.The food is extremely good and caters for all needs and efforts are made daily to engage residents in the activities on offer and to socialise. I am especially impressed by contact with animals.
