My friend needed to stay in your care home for just two nights, in order to attend a family funeral some 200 miles from where she lives. Her care needs were complex, not helped by her almost total blindness. Being in a strange environment, surrounded by unfamiliar staff and residents, she was obviously felt very nervous and in a very vulnerable position. Your staff coped admirably. All the staff we met were friendly, helpful and kind. The decor was light and airy, and most importantly very clean. The service you provided to me friend was very much appreciated.
