Both my parents have spent the end of their lives at Princess Christian. They were cared for with respect, dignity, compassion and affection. The nursing staff are excellent and communicated regularly with us so we were always informed. The whole staff, carers, cleaners, laundry, reception, activity staff, physio etc are like a family rather than paid staff just ‘doing a job’.
