My mum came to you in August last year and although we haven’t been able to come in as we would in normal circumstances, we can clearly see how well she is being cared for. We get regular updates and photos which are always appreciated when shared to family and friends. Every time we speak or see mum she’s happy, smiling and still loves a bit of banter! Every member of staff we have dealt with or spoken to goes above and beyond to make sure mum and us are happy with the care she and her family are given. So for that we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts, you do an amazing job.
