I have found all staff to be extremely caring and helpful, who go the extra mile at all times to keep all residents in a happy, comfortable, environment. The food and drinks provided are excellent and plentiful. The indoor activities and external excursions are well organised and brilliant. If medical attention is required for any resident, it is organised very quickly and efficiently, family members are contacted and informed of the situation without delay.
