My mother was in the courtyard in a lovely comfy chair fast asleep. She was dressed in nice clean clothes. Her hair had been styled and her nails painted. Mum looked peaceful. The assistant was most polite and helpful and when I heard her talking to other residents her manner was as caring and polite. The assistant’s uniform was clean and fitted appropriately. The atmosphere was restful. I did not feel uncomfortable sitting with mum for my visit. I was informed that mum had recently had her cup of tea and morning snack.
