My mum has only been in Woodstock for 3 months, in that period of time I have found Woodstock staff exceptional in their handling of any queries or concerns I have had, they understood our apprehensions with the new way of life for mum and the family. I have seen how very considerate and caring they are towards all the residents, I know my mum is safe.
I did visit a few homes before choosing Woodstock but I did not like their clinical vinyl floors and lack of homely feeling. I chose Woodstock because the building is a ‘proper’ home, it is warm and welcoming with the décor and clean without having a clinical (hospital) feel. Right choice.
