My stepfather has been in Princess Christian Care Home for over a year and we have been very impressed with all aspects of his care and with communication by the staff. He can exhibit some very challenging behaviour but at no time have I ever heard the staff be anything other than polite and pleasant with him and all other residents. I would not hesitate to recommend this home.
