Really pleased with the level of care and support my grandad always receives here. The staff support him with all areas of his care. All the staff are friendly, kind and welcoming. Nothing is ever too much. My grandad is treated with the utmost respect in a dignified and caring way. The place is always very clean and tidy, and I would say the food is presented as well as a hotel. Thank you for all your hard work, and continuous flow of tea when I visit.
