Dear Paula, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate and value the care that you are giving my mother. I am so pleased that she is at Abbotsleigh and that she is benefiting from the care that you and the residential team are giving her. It’s such a difficult decision and time when a parent needs to go in a home and you want to do the very best for them. I know from being at the Home on a very regular basis that Mum is receiving the best care she could -in a very family orientated atmosphere and that is so reassuring. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to your excellent team – Leigh, Manoj, Hayley, Martha, Paul, Ola, Prince, Andrew and all the other staff that I don’t know by name but see on a regular basis. They are all so genuinely warm and caring – both to Mum and me.
