Such a wonderful place! The care of my mother-in-law is of a very high standard. Staff are kind, patient and gentle towards her. She has only been in the Home for 4 months and looks so much better, suggesting her nutrition is very good now. A lot of thought goes into keeping families connected with their loved ones during this awful pandemic, video calls and phone calls make such a difference. Helping residents to make and send Christmas cards and Valentine’s Day cards to the family is priceless, made our day. My husband and I sleep easier knowing our relative is happy, safe and well cared for.
