All management, team leader, care assistant, cooks, cleaning and laundry personnel are professional and welcoming to visitors as well as making the residents’ welfare a priority. Any health issues are promptly notified to the Doctor if requested to attend to provide a diagnosis and medication which is monitored carefully. Entertainment and outing are provided and is well received.
