I visit my aunt once a week and she was admitted to Hengist Field Care Centre in July 2016. As far as I’m concerned she appears to receive overall excellent medical/nursing care and the medical/nursing care and the staff are generally kind to her and welcoming. The level of general care appears good. I have not been present at meals times so cannot comment as to whether she needs help with eating. She tells me she enjoys the meals although I am unsure how reliable she is as a degree of dementia has set in.
