Just wanted to thank you and all the staff for what you are doing to keep the residents safe and cared for and for all the activities the residents are enjoying. I really appreciate the weekly video and the update. Thank you too for the Easter card and photo of mum. She really looks happy and a lovely smile I haven’t seen for ages.
