All the staff and management are professional and welcoming with the resident’s welfare as their priority. Medication is given as required and any health issues dealt with promptly, notifying family and amazing food. Doctors visit to diagnose conditions or arrange emergency services. Entertainment is varied, as well as occasional outings which are all well received. I would like to thank all staff and management for the personal care given to my mum.
