Based on my experience, visits and contact with Bromley Park, staff have always been excellent and very helpful and my mother-in-law seems to be being cared for very well. But I have not been able to visit very often and can only base this on what I have seen on my one-hour limited visits. This is not the Home’s fault, due to covid restrictions. Overall, very good so far.
