When visiting my mother, the staff always said hello and I was always offered a cup of tea. My mother was always clean, well dressed with painted nails and was not left to sit in a chair and vegetate. The activities staff always kept her busy and also took her on outings. In her last few weeks, they took such wonderful care and treated her with such dignity and respect.
