My mum was in Loose Valley for nearly eight years, her care was exceptional. The staff were amazing, always was mum treated with the utmost care and compassion. The home was always clean and smelt lovely. The activities were always great, the food amazing. I always visited and was made to feel welcome, as was the rest of the family. Loose Valley became my mum’s home, and I felt, my second home. I thank you all for the care and respect you gave Mum till the end. Thank you all from the bottom of my and my family’s heart.
