My mum was sent here by the hospital. I have found all staff very helpful. They have shown respect to patients and maintained their dignity. The home has a lovely calm feel. Patients and staff have displayed caring and reciprocal relationships. They build trust with patients, who in turn, feel safe and well cared for.
