My husband has been a resident since November 2014. The home is of a very high standard in all aspects. Friendliness, cleanliness, loving care, patience, kindness, professionalism, notifying of changes and doctor rounds updates. Nutrition is a high priority with special diet creativity prepared. I am proud to be a part of a “family” who are committed to such a high standard (I am fussy as I ran a care home). They exceeded gold standard investor in people awards in 2016. “Complaints” are handled positively.
