The Home provides a very good level of care overall. The Care Assistants, Nurses and Managers are very understanding and considerate towards the residents and family members. Communication for bookings regarding visits is sometimes patchy and would benefit from an online booking system. The staff work very hard to maintain/improve residents’ fitness and it would be nice if residents were taken out of the Home as restrictions are lifted, for their mental and physical well being.
