My father came to Bromley Park after a stay in hospital. We had been looking at homes before this and had chosen 3 we would be happy to try for respite. Unfortunately, after his stay in hospital, Dad needed 24-hour care and we chose Bromley Park. Right from the initial visit, we could see the carers did not just do their job; they go out of their way to look after the residents, keeping them safe and well cared for. Nothing is ever too much trouble; you only have to ask. All employees know the residents from the maintenance man, kitchen staff and office personnel all the way through to management. We have had lunch with him on several occasions and the food is cooked well and is tasty. Dad’s key worker is absolutely amazing, taking the time to really know him. We could not be happier with the care our dad is receiving, especially having been so worried about him needing to go into a nursing home. We cannot praise and thank all of these wonderful people enough for the CARE they give.
