My father has been here since January this year and we are very pleased with the level of care and kindness he receives from all the staff, in what is often a challenging environment. We are aware of all the work that goes on “behind the scenes” by the staff for all the residents. Any issues or concerns have been dealt with immediately and professionally by a very caring manager.
