Dear Nicola. We would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff and especially the Carers (our Angels), who looked after our Mum day-in, day-out, with such dignity and patience, bless him. Sometimes life could be challenging with our Mum but we know that she did like to have a joke and a sing-song with the Carers, also a cheeky giggle. We feel that she was very happy at this time of her life and so at home. Thank you all for the care and kindness that you have shared with us and our Mum, we think of you as family. These words seem so little but mean so much. With our love and thanks, you will always be remembered.
