We love to keep active here at Woodstock Residential Care Home, and what better way to keep fit than a game of balloon tennis, which our residents love!
It was so much fun to see all our ladies and gents wanting to join in and enjoy keeping fit at the same time.
We also welcomed ‘Music for Health‘ to Woodstock last week. Their team provided a great session of music, which our residents got involved in with shakers and tambourines. Great fun!
Two wonderful social activities for us all to enjoy.
