On Monday 5 November our residents and staff were excited to enjoy bonfire night celebrations at Woodstock Residential Care Home.
We hosted the evening in our garden and the aim of the event was to bring together residents with their family and friends – and it was a huge success!
Many of our ladies and gents got their coats and hats on and came outside to watch the firework display, whilst others, who preferred to stay inside, had front row seats at the window.
We all loved watching the colourful display – the fireworks were wonderful. We also enjoyed sparklers as part of the fun.
We served tasty hotdogs and warming soup on the night, which went down very well with everyone.
Our residents, staff and visitors had a fantastic time together and all said how much they had enjoyed the show.
