Meyer House staff walk for The Fire Fighters Charity
An annual event for the Care Home in Erith, Gill Redsell (Home Manager) and her team at Meyer House are in preparations for their sponsored walk – this year, in support of The Fire Fighters Charity.
The Fire Fighters Charity offer vital support to current and former fire and rescue personnel, current and former fire fighters, those engaged on or assisting in the management or provision of a Fire Services Youth Scheme and their eligible dependants, plus fire and rescue service chaplains or faith leaders, and volunteers.
The game-gang at Meyer House are always up for fun and raise lots of money for various charities throughout the year. Gill and her team will walk on Friday 17 August, and remain busy up until the day, driving sponsorship and valued funds for this awesome charity.
