It really is the season to be jolly – especially for the residents at Woodstock Residential Care Home who received a wonderful visit from the choir at Minterne School on Tuesday 17 December.
Everyone said what beautiful voices the children had. They sang lots of the old favourites including ‘Away in a Manger’, ‘Little Town of Bethlehem’ and Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer’ – the residents loved singing along too.
One of our residents, Donald, said it made his Christmas seeing all the lovely children singing.
