Dear Leo and all your colleagues. I would like to firstly say a massive thank you for all you are doing for my parents and for all the other residents at the home. You have always been, and continue to be, thoughtful in your communication and a massive help to worried children. I thank all the staff at the home for their continued hard work and for going the ‘extra mile’. When I clap a Thursday I clap for you and the incredible effort, patience, care and thought you all have for the residents especially my mum and dad. Well done and it must be very hard for you in this weather and in these times. You are simply wonderful and you should all be proud of the efforts, help, support and care you provide and the although worrying I know that I could not have chosen a better place for my parents. You are in my thoughts and you all deserve a medal for your efforts. Please keep well and once again a milli thank yous. When this is over I will buy you the biggest box of chocolates and heap praise you for everything that you do. Lots of love.
