My mum has just arrived, and all the staff have been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum has struggled to settle in initially, but my family and I are confident with the staff’s support, we will get there, eg phoning us on mum’s mobile so we could wish her goodnight. The Home is clean. Mum is enjoying the food and her room has been redecorated recently. Some of the communal areas could do with a decorate.
