My dad was no longer able to care for himself because of his age and various medical conditions. He came to Meyer House in July 2021. Dad was upset because he had to give up his flat and could no longer live independently, but the Manager and staff made him so welcome – and because he was being cared for, his health improved. Sadly his dementia is getting worse, but our family are so reassured that dad is happy in a clean and caring environment. We have had a few issues but the Manager is very approachable and has endeavoured to rectify any problems.
