Both doors of the entrance are secured with passwords. Covid tests are required before entry. Greeted with politeness and friendliness. The environment within is clean, tidy and spacious. Mother’s appearance is clean. She is at ease with the staff and at times is joyful even in their presence. The temperature in the Home is never cold. We are always offered tea and biscuits etc. The staff always try to be helpful even given how demanding the environment is they work in. They have kept mum level.
