Want to say a huge thank you to all the lovely staff that cared for my nan during her time at Abbotsleigh. Knowing that she was in an environment where she was cared for in the best way possible made me feel so at ease. I never got to visit her in the care home due to covid restrictions and the last time I saw her she did not know who I was, which broke my heart. In a way, she had another family in all the wonderful people that cared for her before she passed earlier this month, and I am so grateful for that. It cannot be an easy job to do but I think you are all amazing at what you do.
