Covid meant I could not visit my husband very often and always behind a screen. I had regular updates about my husband’s condition and really appreciated the photos sent by the Activities Staff. The staff were caring and supportive, not only to my husband but to the family. He could not have been in a better care home. I was very impressed by how staff coped with frustrated outbursts and diverted his attention and calmed him down. I am so grateful to you all.
