My father-in-law has been in this care home for the last 2 years. In the last year, the management has changed and so has the home. It has become a much happier place. There is consistency with the staff as before the change I was always seeing new faces as there was an awful lot of agency staff used but now no agency staff. This is far better as the staff have got to know my father in law well and what his needs are, which is far better for him. The home has taken on a more homely appearance as it has been updated. I have found all the staff including the management team very approachable and always treat my father with respect and kindness. If you are looking for a care home for a loved one then I don’t think you could find one better than this one.
