My Mum has now been with you since 2016 and since the very first visit to your home, both my father and I have been most impressed in how the home is managed and how all the care worker staff all operate. My mother has front Lobel dementia which means she cannot walk, talk or communicate in any way, she can look at you and things you show her but nothing further is possible. I or my dad visit the home nearly every weekend and sometimes mums sister comes with us and we are always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. The home is always clean and smells as fresh as it can be and the food is cooked to a high standard with all my mum’s nutritional needs catered for and blended for her to eat as she sometimes forgets to swallow. I would like to say personally that all personnel at this home from the top management to the care workers themselves work as a brilliant team and my mum could not be situated anywhere better than this home.
