Thank you for your email that is truly great news when you see and hear what has happened in many care homes in the UK. I have taken the liberty of passing on your email to my close family who are all so grateful to you and all your staff for taking great care of Patsy their mother. It is of great comfort to them to know she is being so well cared for. Please thank all of your staff on our behalf, I for one am looking forward to the day when I can visit the home and see her in the flesh and water her plants as I use to do daily.
