It’s a real credit to all of your hard work and dedication which I know has tested your procedures, your stamina and your mental wellbeing, often your limits. Our dear loved ones are so privileged to have all your love, care and ongoing commitment to keep them safe and happy. Thinking of mum – smiling with her dollies blissfully unaware of these testing times reminds me of what a great choice I made to send her into such a special place.
