Dear Teresa. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and your staff who made Mum’s birthday such a great occasion yesterday. From the balloons and banner over her door, to the card you had all signed and also for that lovely cake. It was such a change from last year when she spent it in hospital. She looked so happy and well yesterday and you had obviously worked hard to remind her how old she was!! Tracey and I stayed for the longest ever!
