Dear Paula and Anne. We just wanted to thank you for the lovely caring way you looked after Jean when she was with you, I do know how difficult it must have been at times! Please do pass on our gratitude to all the staff who helped her too. It’s a pity you didn’t know Jean before she became so ill, she really was a lovely lady and what the vicar said was true, I really can’t ever remember her having a bad word for anyone. We’re so glad you were able to come to her funeral, we really did appreciate it. Thank you again for what you did for her and for making us so welcome when we came to visit her.
