All management and staff are professional and welcoming to relatives, whilst ensuring residence welfare is a priority. Medication is given as required, and any health issues are dealt with promptly, notifying family and arranging doctors visits to diagnose conditions and prescriptions or emergency services. Entertainment is varied with occasional outings, some tailored to individual needs which are well received. I would like to thank all management and staff for my Mum’s personal care, which is much appreciated.
