On every visit, I see a team of cleaners going around the home. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them. They can answer any questions about my wife, where she is, how she is, and what she has been doing. She is new to the home and never wants me to leave. The staff always comfort her on my leaving her, you can always have a talk with the manager and she is always helpful.
